The renovated Sárközy mansion houses the permanent collection of the museum in which local history, ethnography, cartography and heraldic exhibits may be viewed.
The Biedermeier salon and Empire bedroom are decorated with paintings, documents and letters patent. The local history collection contains memories from the Middle Age and more recent times as well as a century of the private correspondence of the Sárközy family.
Visitors will see samples of ethnography and household items, equipment for textile making and farming.
The museum may be visited by prior appointment on Tuesday to Friday from 12 to 6 pm and Saturday from 10am to 6pm.
